    Anyone can become an agent if they meet the requirements stated below. As an agent, you set your own working time (work part-time or fulltime as you wish). Most important, you set how much you would like to earn per year.<\/p>\n

    Major requirements to becoming an MBL Mold Testing Agent<\/u><\/h2>\n

    • Be working in any building related industry such as:\n
        \n
      • pest control<\/li>\n
      • home and property inspection<\/li>\n
      • building science\/consulting<\/li>\n
      • general contracting<\/li>\n
      • plumbing<\/li>\n
      • heating and air conditioning<\/li>\n
      • real estate<\/li>\n
      • any profession or trade that deals directly with building owners, property managers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Be able to create awareness of mold growth in homes, offices, schools, hospitals and other work environments without causing fear or panic<\/li>\n
      • Be willing to get basic training on sample collection and submission (if required).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Potential Income<\/h2>\n\n\n

        Below are the potential earnings based on an average price of $50 per sample. A sample can cost more or less depending on the turnaround time the customer wants. Commissions are earned as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        a. 1 to 29 samples submitted for testing per month: 25% commission<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        b. More than 29 samples submitted for testing per month: 30% commission<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The table below shows potential earnings assuming an average price of $50 per samples. For 100 samples per month at $50, you’ll be paid $1,500.00 which translates to $18,000.00 per year!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
