How Are MBL Mold Testing Services Different?

MBL offers comprehensive mold testing services to contractors, insurance, real estate, educational, businesses, and individual homeowners and home buyers who require a third party opinion. These services are particularly meant to help mold removal companies who believe doing both mold testing and mold removal is not only taking too much risk but could also be viewed by your clients and competitors as a conflict of interest.

We investigate mold and bacteria contamination problems in the home and workplace environments. Our investigators are experienced microbiologists, so they understand where to look for those bugs, what to sample for and the methods of sampling. Incorrectly collected samples often give false negatives or false positives that could lead to unnecessary and expensive remediation.

A comprehensive written report is usually issued outlining the findings of the testing, methodologies used, interpretation of results and recommendations for follow-up actions.

Why Use MBL Mold Testing Services?

Since we do not perform mold remediation nor do we profit from referrals to mold remediation companies, we offer impartial, unbiased advice without conflicts of interest. Whether it is pre-remediation or post-remediation mold testing in your home or business, we do the sampling/inspection and analysis of the mold samples ourselves. Other Specialized Microbial Testing Services
