Anyone can become an agent if they meet the requirements stated below. As an agent, you set your own working time (work parttime or fulltime as you wish). Most important, you set how much you would like to earn per year.

Major requirements to becoming a MBL Mold Testing Agent Be working in any building related industry such as: pest control home and property inspection building science/consulting general contracting plumbing heating and air conditioning real estate any profession or trade that deals directly with buildings owners, property managers Have some basic awareness of microbial contamination of air, fluids and bulk material from homes, schools, offices, hospitals, industrial, agricultural, and other work environments. Be able to create awareness of mold growth in homes, offices, schools, hospitals and other work environments without causing fear or panic Be willing to get basic training on sample collection and submission if required Be likely to submit an average of 30 samples per month. Must have own liability and errors and omissions insurance Potential Income These are the potential earnings from Air Samples based on our standard pricing. For 90 air samples per month, you'll be paid $2,160.00 which translates to $25,920.00 per year! These are the potential earnings from Bulk, Tape, and Swab Samples based on our standard pricing. For 105 bulk, swab or tape samples per month, you'll be paid $1,890.00 which translates to $22,680.00 per year!.
